We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
· Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed, including personal appointments and travel arrangements.
· Provide general administrative support, such as managing emails, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
· Can perform light caregiving and housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
· Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Know how to drive (with a Driver’s license)
· Must be currently living in North or West Vancouver, Canada
